Houston Jewish Chamber of Commerce

As you all know, many of our friends and neighbors were affected by the flood.  The JCC, our normal meeting space, was not left untouched.  Due to the flooding, we will be changing meeting locations for the June  and July meetings.  This months meeting will be held in the lobby of:
Congregation Torah VaChesed
9730 Hillcroft St., Houston, TX, US, 77096
(the same shopping center as New York Bagels )

We support the efforts of The Jewish Federation of Greater Houston, in partnership with Jewish Family Service, to mobilize a community response to provide aid and support for people devastated by the May 26 flood. For more information click here

Managing Your Personal Finances As A Small Business Owner.

This month we will be hearing from Ann Hauser Laufman on the topic of:
“Managing your personal finances as a Small Business Owner”

As a successful Financial Planner with ALA Financial Group, LLC, Ann helps her clients seek financial freedom and independence through establishing clear goals and financial discipline. She works with her clients to prepare a plan that takes into consideration their goals, unique needs, time frames and risk tolerance.

Ann is a lifetime member of Hadassah, a former Chapter Officer of ORT, and  is a Co-Sponsor of the Lion of Judah with her affiliation with MassMutual Greater Houston.   She is a native Houstonian where she first started to personally invest at age 17, and still resides there with her husband, Ronnie.

We will be meeting on Wednesday, July 15th  at 8:30 am in the Lobby of Congregation Torah Vachesed (please note the different location for this month 9730 Hillcroft St., Houston, TX, US, 77096). Come early, bring plenty of business cards, and plan to stay late meeting new business connections.

If you want to endear yourself to another business owner, invite them along too!  Many solid connections were made at our previous meetings.

Register today to reserve your place.  If you preregister and pay by the 12th, you save $3.00 off our regular ticket price of $18. We will be serving a great breakfast provided by Laykie's Gourmet . We Look forward to seeing you on Wednesday morning!
